Ordering/Payment/Delivery

Yes, we are happy to take orders by phone. You can call us at (256) 727-5949. We also take orders by email at larry@bsslocal.com and through our website at www.bsslocal.com.

On all items, with the exception of some ink and toner, we provide next-day delivery for businesses located in Madison County if your order is placed before 3 PM CST on Monday through Thursday. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Talk to your account manager about same-day delivery of select items!

Delivery is completely free to all businesses in Madison County.

We accept credit cards and PayPal for non-credit customers. If you have credit terms, we accept credit cards, wire transfer, ACH transfer, Paypal, or checks. If you have any questions reach out to us at larry@bsslocal.com.

Policies

We stand behind our products 100% and accept returns for goods in any condition at any time. If you ever have a problem with our products, we encourage you to reach out to our team. We’ll remedy it for you with a replacement or a refund - whichever you prefer.
